Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Smiths Jewellery Ltd. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligible Countries
We currently accept returns and exchanges from customers in all countries where we ship our products.
2. Returns
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible, items must be in new condition only and returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom-made items
4. Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- We accept exchanges for eligible items in new condition.
- If your item is defective or damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- For all other exchanges, please contact us to arrange the process.
6. Return Shipping
- All returns must be sent by mail.
- The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- We do not charge any restocking fees.
